Jennie Root Photography Clients:

COPYRIGHT: The ownership of these images is that solely of the photographer. If you have purchased digital files from this studio, Jennie Root Photography, you have been given the right to print these images at a printhouse of your choice, to share these images on social media via your purchase. If you have not purchased digital files, you are not to print these images under any circumstance. Whether you have purchased digital files or not, the images are not to be altered from the original format unless permission is given by the artist/photographer. Violation of copyright is a federal offense and a punishable crime.

DIGITAL FILES: Once you have downloaded the digital files, your full print and digital file order cannot be refunded under ANY circumstance. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have downloaded the images correctly and saved the images in a way to protect your purchase.
